Sports & Gymnastics Classes

Volleyball - Sport designated to offer a program based on a certain skill or goal. Game for two teams, usually of six players, in which a large ball is hit by hand over a high net, the aim being to score points by making the ball reach the ground on the opponent's side of the court.

Artistic - Designed to teach balance, coordination, increase strength, improve flexibility all while encouraging socialization, fun, making new friends, and learning to be a team player.
Rhythmic - Combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation.
Acrobatic - Teaches children the fundamentals of acrobatics performance, and helps children build a range of motor and coordination skills while developing a good sense of physical awareness.
Aerobic - Combines gymnastics skills with dance in a fast-paced energetic format.
Trampolining & Tumbling - Emphasis on teaching proper stretching techniques, flexibility, strength training, and core tumbling skills, thus combining both skills of artistic gymnastics on the floor with those of trampoline gymnastics.
Aerial Silks Acrobatic - Type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric.

Zumba - Aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
Functional Training - Attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. In the context of body building, it involves mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back.
Tango Dance - Ballroom dance originating in Buenos Aires, Argentina characterized by marked rhythms and postures and abrupt pauses.
Mat Pilates - System of exercises using a mat, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Yoga - Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
Resistance Training - Form of exercise that improves muscular strength and endurance. During a resistance training workout performed with music, you move your limbs against resistance provided by your body weight and gravity.
Jump Start Kids Jr. (7-12 Years Old) - Aerobic fitness program featuring choreographic movements performed with music.
Summer Camps - Supervised program that offer a wide variety of specialized activities and allow children to learn new skills in a safe and nurturing environment. This experience can have lasting psychological impact on the development of a child.
Birthday Parties - Kids and their friends will be provided the full run of the facility. There will be a birthday celebration with instructor-led games, music and special activities created for the birthday boy or girl. And the parents don’t have to worry about setup and cleanup!
